With Love on Mothering Sunday

On this special day, we remember the mothers and exceptional women who are no longer with us, but who have had a positive influence in our lives.
Whilst we will always miss them, they are still very much present in our daily lives.
We give thanks for them and for the love they showed us and the world.

Thank God for my mum whose life was dominated by a stepmother at 8 years old onwards after her own mum died 5 years earlier. For the love and loyalty she showed to me through my difficult times.
